There aren't any qualifications required that should be obvious if you pay attention to any PT/ FT Sup in your building.

I think a felony helps, and a [-]Union[/-] NO t-shirt.

joking aside on the felony, one of our PT sups and a friend were arrested for an armed break-in on a family last year.

Being a PT sup is more or less a demotion, to most people, unless you were looking to leave the company soon.

If you are looking to be promoted, do it the right way and stay union until you are full-time and have some juice. Then stick it to the company for higher pay.
