What would be the lowest hourly wage you would perform your job at?
I keep hearing a lot of "PT employees could have controlled the contract if they just voted."
Be honest. The lowest hourly wage before you start looking for another job with competitive wage and such.

Just because that's all that's required doesn't mean that anyone with a HS diploma and a drivers license can do our job.

Do you really think that any of us has a unique skill set which makes us perfect for this job?

Do you really think that there is no one out there who could replace you?

Yes .
Given the turn over rate for new drivers.
Also the fact that they were raised in a world where everyone was declared a winner , and never really faced any hardships .

Don't forget that UPS school for new drivers who had to be taught how to walk on icy surfaces and how to fall properly .

Fugitive From Reality
I think everybody, management & hourly, at the center level is grossly underpaid when considering all the bull everyone has to deal with.
