Full time driver position

I am going in a couple days for an interview for a full time seasonal driver position and am just wondering what the odds are that it could turn into a permanent position. Any input would help. Thanks

There are way too many variables for anyone here to be able to give you "odds" on it happening.

You put the "odds" in your favor by working your butt off while you are here.

Chances are it won't. At my center there's a line for driving among part time permanents and management typically likes to use the 1 in every 6 hires outside slot to give a PT supervisor a shot at training for FT sup or FT driver.

Jon, don't use your real name as your username. Just saying'.

Suppose he was foolish enough to give you this information. Would you then be able to answer his questions with any degree of certainty?

Hell, Dave, he already gave us his name.
