Getting a UPS job

I have been applying to UPS for over a year now. I have made many different accounts to put in more applications so that may be I would be noticed. I have been recommended by 3 drivers and 2 supervisors. I don't know what to do next. Is there a way for me to get a resume in?

its bad. but I don't see why i can't get a job after a year with all of the recommendations. I even applied for driver helper.

You are able to apply? Here they hardly never even have postings online.

You can't submit a resume. I brought mine with me when I actually landed an interview (or tour) back in August. They where only hiring one person, and unfortunately one of the guys was the HR's neighborhood friend.
