Try Shiner Cheer. That was my go to Christmas Ale two years ago. It has a nice peach flavor and goes down smooth.

The whole week? Isn't that a bit excessive?

When I take the week of Halloween off it's for two reasons. A) so I can guarantee I'm going to be home for Halloween and with my family. And 2) it's my last week before peak starts. Nice to have that week off to get a little refresh before "it" begins. Heck, with 5 or 6 weeks of vacation, why not.

When I get home I put out my "get lost" door mat turn off the outside light and lock the door.

Same here. We always give out the full size candy. Except for this year. I've been working late the past few weeks, the wife too, so we bagged it this year.
