Getting Vacation back after being out on workers compensation

Can anyone tell me how long it takes before I get my vacations back after being out on workers compensation for 2 years??

Have to acrue vaca again it's like your a new higher

Some locals allow for a one time per contract "buy back" of your vacations upon return from comp/disability. You'll have to check with hr and or your BA.

You still accrue vacation & pension credit on work comp! Nothing on disability!

You must have a least 156 reports to get all your vacation time here. So if you're out for an extended period of time you don't accrue vacation for the following year.
