FedEx Canada is urging their employees to "do one more". I say we should "give 5 less". If you consider our crappy pay and our new utterly horrible medical non-plan, you are losing money every day.
If you're 25 and making say, $18 per hour on your way to never topping-out, and you never get sick or have a family that gets sick, you're probably breaking even. Anyone else is getting a huge defacto pay CUT. As Route 66 says, now Fred has figured-out how to make insurance profitable...for him.
GIVE 5 less stops per day...for Fred.
