When I read this piece from Glenn about the Chinese, there was something about it that sounded so familar but I just couldn't put my finger on it. Where have I heard this kind of draconian, totaliterian gov't action before? Nazi Germany? Well yeah but that's not it. Soviet Russia? Nope, that's not it either. I'll think of it I'm sure!
