Glove/Gear Hacks

Any tips/trick for good gear to carry with you as a loader?

I was considering getting some cheapy gloves and putting a bit of pine tar on them for grip. Good stuff shouldn't come off on the boxes.

So how about it, ideas?

The gloves you get at walmart the atlas brand were by far the best gloves i had when i was a loader they have 2 latex based ones that are more grippy, ones insulated for about 5 bucks and the uninsulated for about 4....they also have nitrile based one thats really thin but you get to keep your dexertity i still use them as a sup so my hands wont get dirty
