I'd like to know what this means for express myself. I deliver half of my day in town then hit the country for the other half. The 1hr break is killing my paycheck, not to mention the 25 minute later start we have.

Killing your paycheck is the entire point. They want you to do more stops in a shorter period of time, which means harder work for less money.

Exactly.

You never see mangement bump up the start time unless the district gets on their case about lates, then they'll start the sort 2 minutes earlier then they waste that time talking endlessly during stretch n' flex.
