As such these pilots will go on an inactive status. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Overall, UPS has approximately 270 crewmembers assigned to the DC-8 fleet. The absence of the DC-8 will add to our flight crew overstaffing situation.
