Gould Ave. is an exceptionally small building, I'm surprised there's any openings there at all.

That building is in my district/division. That's where they send the screw up managers/sups as punishment. I believe it delivers the surrounding Newark areas. Newark, oranges, Irvington. Not a fun place to be
