I'm filing a grievance on Monday and my stew told me I might only get half the day of pay then norm. Is this true?

Only if it's chicken stew. Beef stew would get you a year of pay and is excellent with biscuits.

I'd say yes... Only has penalty for starting the same thread 3 times.

If you take half, you get half. Push for full penalty pay. Never settle. Pilgrims settle. Don't be a pilgrim.

Brownslave688 You want a toe? I can get you a toe.

Can't do much when your BA says sorry. We threw out your $500 worth of 9.5. Company needed more time to adjust.

They haven't even been arguing our 9.5 grievances. You file, they pay. Done.

How soon do you get your pay after filing?

All depends. Took mine 6 months to be heard then they threw them all out.

Stew can tell you that. In my area, it took months once they agreed to pay it.

Your BA should be arguing for it to be paid immediately. I had my check within a couple of days

You have no idea. If I was a 30 year employee my BA would of been sitting in front of the NLRB.

So at what point is it no longer worth it to them to pay 9.5 grievances and hire new f/t help?
