You do not need video proof. You just need to witness it and document the amount of time they worked.
You were not there, so you have not witnessed them working and therefore cannot grieve it.

I'm have no problems with the answers.. Just seemed a little over board, don't really understand how a simple question turned into a geography lesson lol.
