Harrassment

Unnecessary miles.

Recording a break of 10 minutes while taking 20.

"Creating" stops.
Aren't you the one who if you can't find a package for a stop and goes back later then takes an extra stop for it??? We use to be able to do this but that went out the window a few years ago... Air and ground at different times... Yes. Two ground stops at different times(unless the misload was with another driver or they bring it out to you) no. Not sure you should be giving advice on padding miles or stops or whatever .

If on car when you left building, it is a dup stop, if they shuttle it out to you, another stop, here.

I thought all you guys didn't care how much you ran over.

Harassment is based on how you feel. Like a joke that offends one person, may not offend me. But the offended person can still complain and get you in trouble. It's about YOUR perspective.

Document everything your side of the story does matter, time and dates what happened. Don't talk with out steward. Start calling into the hotline, document your case numbers. Try to always have a witness around, filed grievances with witness works better. Start using all their safe work methods and quit caring about if it slows you down or not. Have a sense of you don't give a :censored2: every time they approach you with something. In other words don't let it show they are getting to you and just stay calm. EEOC them after hr contacts you about your hotline complaints. Try to prove retaliation about the complaints is the goal.

Honestly sounds like you are working in a hostile work environment UPS prefers calling it a military environment. Dont put up with their :censored2:, they can treat you fairly and with respect. You show up everyday and work for peanuts if you are a part timer, don't put up with their :censored2:.
