LOL.... No one wants your job anywhere I know of. They have to go to the ditches to hire for management. Our last 3 management people were hires out of no where cuz no one wants the position. Two of them want to be drivers. They hate having to be management.

I think he is in a coma. My managment team hates their jobs. They get treated like dirt and talk bad about each other. Have you also noticed anyone that is in management leaving the company ASAP or even before that. By the way stating a fact of what I see in the company where I am isnt childish. Its called an observation.

Oh? So you are reitered, that means you are out of the operation and have lost touch with the reality of every day living at uPS. You should have just said so. The current UPS does not take care of any of its employees, managers or union hourlies. Do you take the time to read any of the other posts? Ups escorts employees out and sneds them their things a few days later, they cut management jobs as well as wrongfully eliminate union jobs. They force managemnt to take a pay freeze all while the CEO gets the biggest raise to over 6 million a year.

Maybe if you got off your throne a little more you would be current on todays UPS.

Since you are the guy who said accident cost is planned so we should have them I find it odd you would complain about no accountabiliy. you're whole existence as a shop steward is based on avoiding accountability.

Tieguy why does all management try to make us feel like we are accountable to anything? I have yet to see one management person that doesnt throw the accountablitly word around. We are not going to take responsibility for things we are not responisble for just cause that word is thrown around.

Members dont stick together anymore, i dont know when exactly this happened but its all out now,backstabbing,snitching,telling management anything they ask about anybody.when management asks you something about another union member your first thought should be,why are they asking me this and then play dumb, if they want to know something let them figure it out.

Next time the liars club is giving out apologies you can give me one for this post. I didn't call him gay. I mentioned how he had one removed that accused him of being gay but things nothing of jumping in here and attacking two units.

go back and read it , when you post your apology make it clean, no preconditions.

Why did you bring it up? If you knew it was a sore spot for him and he had a post deleted already? You knew exactly what you were doing you can deny it til the cows come home!:happy2:

I think you rae letting your sifferences cloud your judgement, he put in his time and reitred from UPS, he is allowed here as much as any of the rest of us are. IMO I mean its not my site, but he is still s UPSer in my eyes.

Thanks for the kind words. I don't worry about upstate---he is just on a mission to pad his post count and for some reason thinks he has control over who posts on here. (Know-it -alls are like that you know). I bet his fellow employees find him just a peach to work with.

Funny that it is said that we need to bring better cases to panel to be heard..... 9.5 and 22.3 issues are fairly cut and dry.... either the company violates them or they dont..... as long as it can be shown, what else needs to happen?

I agree Tourists. they need to be resolved one way or the other.
