Use them for 2 extra weeks of vacation. Thats what I do every year.

I feel lazy just sitting at home. If I'm going to take a personal day I want to have plans, or else I feel like I just wasted them.

I already had that very thought like 6 months ago. Technically I'm not directly paying for them even though our money all goes together. I gave her $20K in cash to buy a car and later she sold the car, got a lease on a different car then put the proceeds in the bank and took 8K out of that account to pay for the boobs. So yeah, it's indirectly me paying for them, however she put 10K more than me towards our last house so we're kind of even...also ( o )Y( o )

I couldn't imagine not using any of my leave. Unfortunately most of my sick days, actually I think all of them were used when my kids were sick this year. I definitely plan my optionals, usually for a round of golf, to go shooting at a range, or my wife will take leave too so we have a day together without kids.
