new member here, i have been lurking for a few weeks, love the site!! i have been working for ups PT for 15 years and now it's time to man up, and go driving for my family. this site has been a tremendous help in learning about the job, although i have to admidt some of the stuff posted here scares the living daylights out of me LOL!! I'm just trying to maintain a positive atittude and superior work ethic, that is actually easy when i'm only working 4 hrs a day tops. i only hope i have the same atittude when im out there 12 + hours a day 
well any advice/words of wisdom are welcomed and appreciated. right now my plan is to practice driving stick, get a saturday am job, and then go FT as soon as i get comfortable w the truck, diad, etc etc. this way i dont go FT like a chicken w my head cut off. i passed the test to move trucks around in the yard so i'm sure that will help in the mean time. now i just gotta suck it up and get this ball rolling!
