Hello - New to BC

Just wanted to join and find out what was going on in other districts and regions. I'm in the SE Region and having several layoffs. The severance offered is not good and people that have 25yrs and 55 still are not taking it. I am 1 1/2 yrs from that goal and hoping to make it. Anyone else in the same position?
