Wasn't sure what the appropriate forum for this thread was...just wondering if anyone has any tips/helpful insight for the position of helper coordinator?

    Thank you!

Don't lose your helpers checks. They're live and usually paid a week or so late. Those people won't show up if that check is late.

Good for you, going to be a busy 3 months.
Be organized. Best of luck to you.
    Keep in touch.

  9. Try to give them some DIAD training. Tell them they need to work at a brisk pace. Dress accordingly.

I have no idea how any of this works and I'm not super clear on my responsibilities, they made it sound like I'll be sitting in front of a computer, making phone calls....guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Yes...exactly. Hate to break it to you, but that's pretty much it. Sups tell you which helper to pair with which driver and arrange a meet point...based on where the helper lives...and you call said helpers and try to arrange it. Ad nauseam. All helper orientation/training videos is done by HR people.
