Just go bug the part time sup on sort isle for a sort chart. Learn the splits, at the very least they'll use you when understaffed. I don't know about the dollar raise, they let me keep mine even after I quit working on sort isle.

You can always sign the bid sheet but it will go to the highest seniority employee first.
