On Shipper Release pkg's to business's, thats just what I do, no Sig.
That's what we were taught in DIAD Training.
The shipper has no recourse on filing a claim on that pkg if it is lost.

Monster, I meant the other way, the shipper is Walmart Pharmacy and they do not code their shipments as sig req, but we are reqired to get a sig because UPS has made that agreement with Walmart.
