Hired July 1 2013. Raise amount?

I was hired July 1 2013. Obviously one month before the new higher starting wage that went into effect on August 1 2013. I can't seem to get an answer on what my raise is going to be. $0.70 or what exactly?

No new raises went into effect 8/1/2013. Still waiting on the contract to be passed.

You should receive your next progression raise on your one-year anniversary date under the current (2008-2013) contract.
