Hiring freeze?

Looked on workday today at job postings. 38 of the 50 states have zero job postings…. The Memphis & Indy hubs have zero driving positions posted. Will be interesting to see what happens after June 1st. If they can hire material handlers during the transition, they can hire drivers too. I’ve never seen a company hide its direction from employees quite like good ole FedEx Express lol.

They need you until they don’t need you!

1. Its the end of the fiscal year. Most locations are not hiring at this time.

2. The new job system, I believe something called paradox will be implemented in the next few weeks. There will be a time here, very shortly, when the job system will be completely offline while the switchover is being made.

Was told mostly this too. New system being integrated, new jobs will post again in June.
