Hiring Process

Forgive me if this has been answered some where in the forums before, but I can't find it.

I have been told that the next step in my hiring process is a standardized test, has anyone gone trough this before? If so can you give me an idea of what I am up against? Also what is the time frame for completing the process once the testing is done?

What position are you applying for?
Do you already work for UPS?

I do not all ready work for UPS, and the position is as a Franchise Consultant within the UPS Store system.
