Hit a dog while on route.....

I apparently hit a dog once too. A customer called in and said I saw the incident and kept going.
My Sup went to the persons house and indeed saw the dead dog. They wanted UPS to donate to the Humane Society.
We said we would donate 300 dollars which I thought was very reasonable, but the Lady wanted 2000 dollars because of the cost of the dog and the trip she took to the states to get it. UPS eventually told here were done with her shinanigans and gave nothing.
Funny thing is, who knows if I even hit the dog. It was a Chawowow against a P700.
