Well then get a shop steward state your issue and have him be present when you talk to management, we are much more inclined to be helpful when there is someone who can hold us accountable.

Myself and another employee in my area got screwed out of our holiday pay this year. Worked the day before and the day after - someone on payroll ****ed up. I'm getting a green check Monday or it's penalty pay time.
