I work at world port in lou ky We have nine mechanics in my shop.we are the only nine that do not get double time for holidays worked on property could someone tell me why ? it seems that article forty only applies to us.

I would say you are considered "air support" therefore straight time on holidays. Art 40 gets applied to many other groups. It sucks.
