How Do You deal With The Harassment Of The Flavor Of The Month?

They don't do that anymore. The days of management being in touch with what is going on are over. They look at a number on a piece of paper, point it out to you, and expect you to fix it.

I was told, I know you are p'oed when you come in 100% . I know, I know. But I also know what following stop for stop means. Once I break away I dont know how 85 works.

3 done 3 to go

In control of own destiny
I finally made it. When they over load me. My eta is past 8:30 pm. I no longer need to break off. Either a on car or another driver is sent to me. I'm told not to break off. They take any pick ups. Then they also cover my last 3 pick ups. Mountain areas are the best.

I'm as productive as the methods allow.
Sup told me the other day that i was "Sabotaging the operation"

It was a few years ago, but they tried to pull that BS on me. It was a Friday evening after I had returned to the building. I was pulled into the office with the DM, center manager, and a shop steward. Was told I'm being "removed from service" for "Sabotaging the Business". They took my ID, escorted me off the property, and put my picture up in the guard shack stating that 'this person is no longer allowed onto UPS property'. I left a voice message for my BA as to what had happened. He called me back Saturday AM, we talked, said not to worry, he'll have some answers for me Monday AM. 7:30am Monday morning, my center manager calls me. Tells me to report to work at my regularly scheduled start time to perform my regularly scheduled duties. I told him I'm sitting in front of the unemployment office waiting to file a claim. Told him I could make it in, but I'd be at least an hour late, and they would have to pull all my NDA off my car and give it to someone else if they wanted it to make service. And that's exactly what they did. Like I said, this was a few years ago, but I've had absolutely no problems / threats from management ever since.

Thats just it, you have to put the scare right back at them and let them know your not playing around with them. I had 1 young punkasczz kid who transferred from another center to ours n was steadily busting my chops for over allowed. I got up in his grill and told him WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO SON, YOU WANT TO GO HOME OR DO YOU WANT TO GO TO COURT? It didnt matter to me, i was done playing games with his bitchasczz for real. After that no more words for over allowed from him lol.

They do stuff like this to scare the other drivers. Sandbox games with adults.
