How do you take a lunch?

I was told out here if you don't take an hour lunch they have to pay you an extra hour's pay

They technically do, that's why they don't like it. Also, you can run straight through the day and at your max hours, you can't help anyone.

By law, you don't have to enter the lunch if you keep working and you will get paid.

But....it doesn't wash well with UPS.

In my center we HAVE to take a full hour, AND it has to be done before 3pm.

I took a full hour lunch today, probably didn't bonus but I still did good considering I had to help another rookie out. Taking a lunch kind of sucks though, I'd rather just work and go home. I already know how that supposedly goes though, they'll just keep me out there with more stops.
