How Large is Your Hub?

CACH - Chicago Area Consolidated Hub is by far the largest hub. It is a magnificent building to see. It is 3.5 miles to walk around the outside. It is a district all by itself.

Don't know about the size you mention, Lifer, but it sounds right. I used to drive right by it on I-294 going to and from school in southern Illinois. Incredible place just to watch. The nightmarish thing about CACH is that when it went down, your night became a night from h*ll. Those at the suburban hubs know what I mean....-Rocky

My hub has one center one level all down a conveyor belt. Normal time of year we run like 28 routes peak around 43 routes not very big. Small enough I’ve ran every route in here.

I heard in Palatine, Il we dispatch more drivers than any other building in the country. 400+ daily. Our building is half the size it needs to be.
