How long did it take for you to become a full-time driver?

6 years, 2 months as an unloader/sorter. Went friend/t in 2006, top pay next month!!! Drinks on me! Souther Cali.

Edit: If you count my temp time, it'd be 6 years, 5 months

If you got a DUI in 2002 can you become a full time driver?

I don't know where barrycold got info but it's three years for DUI or reckless driving, one year for other moving violations.

I was part time nine years and fourteen days but my first two years were in a different building. I transfered and lost the first two years but I went full-time after seven years and one month at my current center. If I had stayed in the first building I'd still be part time for another two or three years. I'm in Tennessee.

I just signed the bid sheet for FT driver. I've been PT for five years next month. That's not typical of our building in Columbus Ohio, though. I understand there's a young man who was here only three months before he began driving.

9 years and 8 months to get a combo. I had previously turned down 5 wierd combos until I got the one I wanted.

Worked one Christmas back in 88 as a seasonal driver. Twenty years later, still going!
