How long did it take you to become a driver.

  2. Worked inside,for less than a year.
    3 years later ,I was full time.

    Drove from Day 1. FT in 11 months. Started at 28. Less than 5 to go.

    Started 30 years ago at 21. Went full time 3 years later.

    Doing good. Still feels a little strange but they are coming along. Worked my first full week this week and by Friday the knees felt fine...everything else hurt.

    Started when I was 27. Ten months later I was driving full time. It's been 13 months total and I'm 28 now.

    Started p/t at 28. Took 5 1/2 years to go driving.

    I drove from day 1, and made seniority right after peak (hired in October).

    However, I always respected part-timers, and have never lorded over them.
