8 weeks, wasnt with UPS yet this went on in 2014.
loved it! the pay was terrible though and made me feel sorry for people on unemployment.

My wife had both mine c section and the second one took her more time to recover so I took two weeks vacation to help her.so it really depends on the situation on how much time off u NEED to take but if 12 weeks is available and u can afford by all means take all of it.
