Anyone carpool? They try to push carpooling at my hub every year. I know of a few drivers that do. Don't know how they do it knowing the dispatches we get. Easier for part timers to carpool.

It's about 20 miles and 30 minutes time. I tried carpooling 2 different times with other drivers over the years. The hard part was getting off at the same time. There was a store on the corner where drivers hung out, and whoever got off first would either drive up there or catch a ride up there to wait for the other guy to get off.

Sometimes, the walk from my car to my work area takes longer than the commute.
I'm about 6 miles away. It typically takes ~15 minutes to drive - depending on how I hit the light cycles.

Been a bit of an adjustment. But instead of my kids growing up 4 hours from grandparents they will now be 4 houses away.

My son in law's parents live less than a mile away. My daughter is really good about setting boundaries.

He said son in law so he's of no direct relation. Although I'd still say they have to be similar or if the son in law was smart he wouldve dipped out a long time ago.
