Maybe the poster wants to send a gift to China (such as a new laptop), he could buy one online at HP Hongkong or Dell Hongkong.

How are you going to power it, electrical outlets are different? The is western and Asian power outlets are'nt the same. One is 120 and the other could be 220/240.

This would be around the right area in terms of price. We only ship express that I know of to china, we dont do standard I know, and don't remember if we do 2 day expedited or not. This is why shipping is so much. Be aware though, that the receiver will pay customs and brokerage fees on their end to actually be able to receive the laptop. These fees are partially based on the value of the laptop.
As much as I hate to defer to Klein's post here, he has the best answer as it would be cheaper in the long run to just purchase one in China rather than shipping one overseas from the US.

I'm calling troll/liar on this one. I went to the website a 15lb box 18"x5"x20" with a declared value of $299 from Chicago, Il to Peking China would cost $282.86 from a UPS store to a residential address. Looking at some of the OP's previous posts I smell troll. Just go to the UPS website, delivery would be Oct 10. That's the cheapest rate.
