How The GOP Will Undermine Their Victory

Does anyone else see the disconnect between what Republicans say and what they do? In order to save their party, it's crucial that they attract minority voters, right?. Immediately after their mid-term victories, McConnell renewed the GOP commitment to kill immigration legislation. What will that do to attract an increasingly "brown" electorate? Nothing. Tossing-out a few token Blacks and Hispanics isn't going to fool very many into voting Republican.

What I see is a doubling-down on the same tired old policies and attitudes. They are proposing nothing new...just more of the same trickle-down, bending over for Big Business, and crummy, low-wage "job creation" garbage they've been spewing for years.

These ass clowns won't be happy until the entire US is just like Texas. My bet is that they won't be able to deliver anything but rhetoric and that they will once again suffer big losses in 2016 when they are rejected by voters.

You need to clean out your ears........no one wants "to kill" immigration reform........they just don't want Odumbo embarking on his own to do things unconstitutionally.

Hey in California they are giving illegals drivers licenses. Next they will be taking your job at FedEx. Stopping the massive influx of unskilled labor should be your top priority.

It's more than that, and you should know that. However, since you obviously don't, your GOP is going to propose "reform" that's going to anger Hispanics, not make them Republicans.

They can have my job at FedEx, and if Republicans could have their way, they would have my job because Fred S could cut a deal that allowed immigrant labor to do my job for far less than what I'm making. The GOP is an arm of Big Business, not a friend to the middle class.

You mean "anger illegals"? I don't care about any illegals, Spanish or otherwise. Illegal means you shouldn't be here.
There's a process for becoming a citizen.....follow it !!!

Neither are democrats. If they had their way we'd all be lower class welfare babies, no one would work to pay for it all and our country would be screwed.

When is America going to wake up and see that it isn't republican or democrats ruining this country but rather democrats AND republicans ruining our country?

Then just who is a friend of the middle class ?

You are forgetting the Republicans best weapon. He is unstoppable. He will be responsible for the Republicons winning the presidency and gaining house, senate and governorships in 2016.
Thank you Obama, the democrat's kryponite.

It's been so quiet in current events since Tuesday night.
I love ghe TROLL PATROL'S absence.
Licking their wounds or hiding their faces.
I usually don't gloat, but in their case, I'll make an exception.
The Dems, libs and TROLL PATROL have been wrong the whole time. AMerida is finally waking up to that fact.
Tuesday wasn't just a beating, it's was far worse.
Again, thank you Obama.

Neither party really gives a rat's ass about the middle class, but at least the Democrats aren't as brazen in their worship at the altar of Big Business. There is no plan for Socialism, despite what FOX says. Obama is nowhere near it, but in the opinion of the usual suspects, we are one step away from being the next USSR, or is it Nazi Germany? They don't even know the difference, but neither do most Republicans.

It will just be the same as it has been. Elections are nothing more than the good guys and the bad guys exchanging hats. A lot like wrestling if you think about it. ;)

Na, republicans are so stupid they don't have a clue on how to use their new found power.
6 years ago you would have said that the Republicans had no idea on how to take over the house and senate.
You would have been wrong then as you are always wrong now.
You sure do love telling everyone how you feel on the issues of the day. And you have been proven wrong time and time again. Typical of a troll.

Pro wrestling has nothing on politics..an excellent analogy. All of the fakery, showmanship, and predetermined outcomes sound a lot like our "democracy" at-work.
