The problem with Bush is he implemented some ultra liberal policies. In the long run the expansion of the Governments role in education while successful in its goal of raising test scores for inner city schools may in the long run be like all Government programs and be viewed as a farther erosion of freedom and grow into an unrecognizable cluster of inept Government employees. The same may end up being true with his expansion of government funded health care through the prescription drug benefit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
