And now you know the rules of every pension plan? Astounding.

It's called common sense------you are not technically retired hence you are not entitled to receive pension checks.

Suppose he had changed his mind while on vacation----would he have been asked to pay back whatever pension money he had received?

I understand your contention.

It could fall in to the realm.... of "double dipping".


But, ITG has a point.

No one.... on this forum should be considered an expert.... on every plan.


Member's should perform their own "due diligence".
