I'd take my chances on getting rehired as a package handler... I guess if you "must" have a job, you could try and be a FO driver...
Granted P/T with the now forced healthcare(you can't opt out) you won't make any money. We have P/T FO drivers who take home $25/week after deductions.

There has been talk about UPS drivers that quit with the understanding that they would be rehired as a new PT, losing all seniority and starting at the bottom again. I cannot imagine a scenario where going from 5 weeks of vacation to 2 weeks would do anything other than suck.
