I wanted to bump someone with less seniority on the line as a package handler

The building supervisor said I can't do that. But he moved me to put some one on my set, who had worked it before, he said because this guy only has a week left. That is n I t correct right?

It is tricky because they will say something like they need to put a bid up for the job. That is what they try and do at are building. However based on senority you should be able to bump someone with lower.

No inside employees on lines do not have preferred jobs and can not bump anyone based on seniority. I'm assuming you work on the preload. You can not choose where you load. You work as directed. Sorry boss.

Sets are not up for bid. PTers do not get to pick which trucks they want to load. WAD.
