I am not going to even dare dispute your comment because there is truth to it but anyone with even a short amount of background/experience with UPS and this board should know that the OP walked right into that one.
Sorry if I seemed childish, but I think someone who wants an IE career should pay a little more attention to things like grammar and syntax.
Maybe then, they will pay more attention to decisions that will affect a lot of people.
