If supervisors aren't allowed to touch packages, why do so many of them pickoff/load

To be the man, you gotta beat the man.
My coworkers love the ones that pickoff and load.

The ones that only break jams or deal with the missorts slide are the unpopular and "lazy" ones.

But on this forum you guys act like it's impossible for this to happen, like it's a serious crime for a supervisor to do this.

The reason why I ask this is because if I became a supervisor, would I actually be fired for loading? It doesn't seem that way to me.
They aren't suppose to. And the reason why they do it is because you allow them to get away with it. Also don't become a supervisor.

Ive written too many of these grievances where my hub is strictly ONLY unionized workers doing ANYTHING that we regularly do, not just touching packages (couple were 2-pages with just lists of seperate times and what was done)
- Any minute they take from me is food they took from my son's mouth, maybe MORE of you should think like this....
