Their expressions were priceless.
One of our belts is pretty steep. Ding Dong was trying to walk up it as it was going downwards. It was funny as hell. He wasn't amused when I explained the lock out procedure.

I used to do this as well but now they check all the papers against the seniority list to make sure people are filling them out.
