I'm new to this site & I HAD to reply to your post (cuz we're almost neighbors!)...I work at the Northbay (Richmond, Ca) hub...been there over 12 yrs now. Although I'm not a driver, I do the grunt work INSIDE the hub...I sort smalls on Twi and sort the secondary aisle on the night sort. The diad board is and always will be foreign to me...I just wanted to say 'hi.'
