Everybody who was hired prior to Aug 1 2013 gets .70. If you didnt get it talk to your BA.

As in?!??! Everyone's retro check will be different based on hours worked. My calculations have a driver who make $80k getting (roughly) about $800-$1k after taxes on their retro check

That's 4 years buddy. We're in 2014 now. And yes, Part-Time.

Start $8.50
Start plus 90 days $9.50
1 year $10.00
2 years $10.50
3 years $11.00
4 years $11.87

It actually gets better. If the contract was ratified on Aug 1 like it was supposed to he would have gotten a .70 raise, that would have put him at $12.70 Since everything is retroactive to Aug 1 he should be at $12.70. If he doesnt get it after talking to center manager have him talk to a BA.

Thats the old progression rate. You are now under the new rate. So seniority plus 1 year you were at $10.00 Aug 1 2013 +.70=$10.70 New rate for seniority plus 1 year is $10.50 You should be at the higher rate of $10.70. Assuming you are unskilled.

I started April 4 2014 and I'm at $10/hr and will be at $11/hr on July 4th then I believe they said I'll be at $12/hr by next year(April/2015) and another dollar if I pass the sort test.
