sometimes a pkg may have a apt. but its wrong. It ll say apt 1 but the nums go 100 -200 -300. so is it 101,102,103,201,301? etc. So its not always a driver trying to get away with something, If a apt add has no apt on it but I know it has a directory inside the apt building, I go in and find it. Swing driver wont. But to answer your ? yes some drivers do things they shouldnt and if i was cust. i would be mad too.
