As far as TAW I was paid $8.50 an hour and Liberty Mutual paid me the difference up to 50% of what I would've gotten had I been out totally. Also, if this is a more major injury, get a lawyer. Liberty Mutual has them on their side and so should you. Every states comp laws are different but you should receive a permanent disability rating if this is more than a "lumbar sprain".
