I heard this story yesterday and had one big question.......why does a mentally ill killer need an outing to the state fair ??
Because of the economy, many families and their kids cannot even afford to go to the fairs, but let's make sure we take the killers for an outing.

That would be a best case scenario. Given this guy's past, someone might lose their life over this one. I really hope they catch him and never let him out again.
