Insurance enrolment

Does anyone have problems with the new health care offered by UPS for the past year; the ppo or whatever it is?
The Union was and is no help when it comes to defining or differentiating the traditional plan vs the ppo.

I've had the Aetna PPO for as long as it's been offered and I have zero complaints.
